The guide should be of interest to birdwatchers of all abilities and knowledge, whether they are locals or visitors to the area. The site descriptions have been written by local birdwatchers who have knowledge and experience of the sites.
The RSPB, SNH and Glasgow Natural History Society have sponsored the guide. The guide costs £10 and is on sale at the RSPB Lochwinnoch Nature Reserve Visitors' Centre shop, and at Clyde SOC meetings.
