This joint exhibition brings together the work of three artists inspired by the wildlife and landscapes of Scotland. For this exhibition, John Threlfall and Esther Tyson drew their inspiration from the Cairngorm Mountains while Pascale Rentsch’s ceramics are inspired by the East Lothian Coast in winter.

John Threlfall recently moved to Aberdeenshire and his new environment, from the Ythan Estuary to the Cairngorm Mountains, prompted this new series of paintings and drawings. John is a member of the Society of Wildlife Artists (SWLA).

Esther Tyson, who is based in the South Peak District, spent the winter months in the Cairngorm National Park painting the landscapes, wildlife and people she encountered. Esther is a member of the SWLA.

Pascale Rentsch, originally from Switzerland, has made East Lothian her home. For this exhibition, she has created ceramics vessels inspired by the East Lothian Coast in winter.

The exhibition has been rescheduled to 10 April to 18 May 2021.
