From September 2022, we are offering the option of a “digital-only” membership. By switching to digital, you will have online-only access to the Club’s quarterly journal, Scottish Birds, and receive all other core membership information electronically. There is also the option to sign up to receive additional email notices, such as Club news and timely branch event reminders – if you don’t already receive these notices and would like to, please ensure that you complete our mailing consents form (a link is provided once you have completed this form and hit Submit).
Life members
If you are a Life/Life Family member and would like to switch to a digital membership, please email your instruction to Kathryn Cox.
Switching to a digital membership offers a saving on your annual subscription fee compared to the new full (print+digital) rate, which is increasing from September 2022 (see inside cover of the June issue of Scottish Birds). Importantly, a digital subscription also helps to reduce the Club’s carbon footprint.

To facilitate your switch to a digital membership, please use the form below and select your membership category from the dropdown list, to let us know as soon as possible. This will allow us to update your record (and Direct Debit, if applicable) before your next payment is due. Please note: This is not a renewal form or request for your membership payment.
We regret that we are unable to offer partial refunds if you choose to switch part-way through a subscription year. However, the digital-only rate will become applicable from your next again renewal.
