By purchasing artwork from the SOC online shop, you agree to the following terms of service.

All artwork is sold unframed and works are currently being delivered to customers directly from the artist to addresses within the UK only.

Shipping and Handling Fee: This is included in the price of the artwork and covers delivery to any address in the UK. We currently do not sell outside of the UK. Delivery should normally be within 7-10 days, although there may be delays due to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic.

Returns Policy: If the artwork does not meet your expectation, please send an email to exhibitions@the-soc.org.uk  as soon as possible and within 15 days of receipt of the work. To avoid any delay in the processing of your refund, please also endeavour to return the artwork, in the original packaging, within this time. A return address will be included with your purchase and customers should use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Service. We recommend that you choose the 1pm Delivery and a level of insurance commensurate with the value of the work. 

We regret that the SOC is unable to cover the cost of postage for returns. Once we have notification from the artist that the work has been returned in the condition it was sent, a full refund will be issued.

Damage: If the artwork reached you in a damaged state, please call us in the first instance on 01875 871 330 and we will advise you on returning the item.
