The personal details supplied on this form will be held by SOC in a secure environment. We will not share personal data with any third party, other than that required by law. The SOC will use your details to administer your institution’s subscription to the Club. The name(s) of new librarian(s) are passed to our mailing house for the distribution of the Club’s mailings, including the quarterly journal. In order to minimise the risk of security incidents, SOC fully outsource all payment processing to FoxyCart.com. FoxyCart is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider, and is listed on both Visa and MasterCard's global registries. Anytime you submit payment information via the Club's website, you are submitting through FoxyCart's secure infrastructure. If you opt to save your payment information during checkout, that information is stored at FoxyCart. SOC don't have access to your payment details except for the last 4 digits, the card type, and the expiration date.
