Join artist Laura Gressani at the SOC gallery for an inspiring demonstration of her creative process.
Laura will talk about the inspiration she finds in mountain landscapes and how she uses etching to capture the contrast of rock against snow. Using a small printing press, she will explain how etchings are created and demonstrate how they are printed.
Laura’s work is featured in our Winter exhibition. During the afternoon, there will be lots opportunity to ask questions and find out more about her artistic practice.
This is a free drop-in session held in the gallery at the SOC headquarters in Aberlady, Waterston House, EH32 0PY. No booking required.
